Any weight lose pills are bad. I was using them too. When I stopped to use them, my weight has been increased. I was shocked and did not understand anything. My advice is only a healthy lifestyle! Sit on a diet, eat grapefruit (if you don”t have gastritis) and it will help. I was sitting in the diet 1.5 years and a half-year consolidated results.
